Keep Calm and Carry On

OK - I retract part of the feelings emitted in my previous entry.

I'm so generous, aren't I?

But here's why: Food! Masses and masses of amazing food!

Yes. My mother outdid herself with a roast dinner that reached perfection. Of course, roast beef is always good - but this was fantastic.

I don't cook myself - Though I am an avid user of take away menus - (What? I'm sure it helps the economy) so when something like this is created as a welcome home, I'm all overcome.

Well, not quite. But it was very very nice. Shame about the diet, of course, but what the hell.
