Had my cast taken off yesterday, which is a relief. I was finally able to wash my arm! Unfortunately, while my wrist has healed, it has lost a lot of flexibility. And at this point I again thank [Insert Deity of Choice] htat it was my left wrist I broke and not my right... So I'm seeing a physiotherapist. And it bloody hurts. How can one old woman cause so much pain just by stretching my wrist? I was thinking about the year just passed. I think I saw the inside of a hospital more times last year than I had my whole life previously. First my operation, then the busted wrist. I'm hoping I shall recover some poise this year and not smash a leg up or something. I'm currently in the university computer rooms again. I'm also trying to surreptitiously read some NC-17 rated slash. If reading over my shoulder doesn't give away the fact I'm looking at naughty stuff, then the flaming blush will... Actually, it's sort of exciting. I really should stop.
