I've been told to give up smoking. Now, I know everyone says give up smoking - but this was the district nurse. We had the scary lady over today for my pre-op checkup. And she told me my blood pressure was a little high for someone of my age. So it looks like I'm going to have to give up. Damn. I'd just got 400 cheap fags from France. I'll give up when I've finished them, ok?
